Project Manager Non-Tech 2 Position Project Manager Non-Tech 2 Location Redmond WA 98052 Job Description: The main function of a ResOps coordinator is to provide reactive and proactive research operations support by quickly responding to the immediate needs of those conducting research on the team and supporting long-term enablement and education programs around research processes. Job Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for all third-party research software suppliers Support researcher onboarding and offboarding, managing access to tools and software Monitor research account balances and inform renewal needs and strategies Distribute research opportunities to the participant panel, collaborating with the owning researcher to optimize marketing content Support and grow the participant panel through activities such as template creation and community engagement Become an expert in the studio's participant recruiting processes, such that you are the go-to person for recruiting support and questions Regularly report on tool and participant panel usage Identify issues with process documentation, identify the correct information and update documentation accordingly Learn UX research practices and regulations to teach them to others Create scalable training materials for researcher and non-researcher audiences about UX research in our group Other projects as assigned Identify and pursue additional participant recruiting sources as directed Lead efforts to target recruiting specific user profiles into our research panel as directed Required skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong time management, accountability and follow through Ability to problem solve independently while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities Self-motivated A passion for process, improvement and documentation Customer driven Learns and applies new skills quickly with minimal input Preferred skills: Understanding of data privacy policies (GDPR) Familiarity with writing marketing/persuasive content Experience with UX research (ex. participant profiles, customer journeys) Experience with instructional design (creating elearning experiences) Software stack: M365 SharePoint (documentation) PowerBI (reporting) Azure DevOps (work tracking) Articulate (elearning) UX research tools (UserTesting, User Interviews, Respondent, Qualtrics, etc.) This role is not responsible for conducting UX research, but requires sufficient familiarity with the processes and tools to enable others to do so successfully. Education/Experience 2-4 years professional experience required. Equivalent work experience or a bachelor's degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience (such as UX research, marketing or project management) If the candidate is local to the Puget Sound, onsite work may be required 0-4 times per quarter. Additional onsite work may be supported at the individual's preference.
