Job Description:
The Corporate Programs team is a strategic function that leverages program management to drive execution on the business's most critical priorities.
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to join our team.
This role will drive operational excellence and scalability for our extensive marketing efforts, supporting customer relationship management (CRM) and/or large-scale incentives and growth marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for implementing standardized processes, optimizing tooling, and managing the complexities of a rapidly growing Marketing organization. It will require a highly organized individual with excellent stakeholder management skills and overall thoughtful execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead large scale Marketing programs that are highly complex & cross functional in nature
Create the program strategy/charter defining clear objectives, northstars and success metrics
Improve operational efficiency and reduce risk by documenting clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows through playbooks, training, and process guides.
Proactively identify risks, issues & dependencies, resolving these with senior stakeholders if needed through clearly articulated proposals/trade-offs
Set a framework to drive accountability across the program establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
Develop a roadmap for improved tooling and automations, including the integration of AI/Large Language Models (LLMs)
Required Experience:
4+ years in program management within tech, with experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and initiatives
Highly organized individual with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
