Program Manager - WW BPR Retail Fulfillment Operations - Payments Sunnyvale, California, United States Operations and Supply Chain Description The candidate will be responsible for managing global, cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative technology and process solutions in the payments space that enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, drive revenue, and increase operational efficiency. This role will also collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to define process and capability roadmaps that shape the future of Apple’s Retail Fulfillment Operations in alignment with our evolving retail strategy.- Strong knowledge of payment networks and processing technologies (authorization, clearing, settlement), emerging trends in the global e-commerce payments landscape- Experience with emerging global payments trends (credit cards, digital wallets, real time payments) and affordability programs like BNPL, monthly payments, etc.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and fraud prevention techniques.- Effectively manage alignment and communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups.- Excellent forward thinking capabilities. Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired outcomes.Works in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, senses direction where it may be unclear, and does so without a loss of performance.- Demonstrates an unwavering ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in an exciting and dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required with minimum of 6 years in project and program management combined with payments, logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations with e-commerce and/or retail. Experience serving as a liaison to Operations business teams to develop solution capabilities (requirements, solution architecture, user testing, etc.) to support Retail Fulfillment programs, as well as Information Technology teams to design and implement robust technical solutions. Ability to define and run business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term functional strategies Experience in managing global, complex projects including stakeholder engagement and risk management Consistent record of managing strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks Ability to capture and synthesize detailed, global business requirements and design specifications Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing, roll-out, training, and post-mortem support Ability to lead change management activities, implementing new ideas effectively within the Apple culture Experience in defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics. Identify critical success measures for projects being implemented Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications MS or MBA is highly desired Broad supply chain management, payment processing experience, and/or fraud mitigation in specific areas related to logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, or order-to-cash Address escalations, quickly assess and develop root cause analysis and problem solution for operations escalations Relevant experience working with online and retail merchandising systems, data management, data architecture, payment, fraud, and CRM systems Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles Proficient at running multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability, which includes working on projects with global teams Proven ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator, lead through influence Relevant project management qualifications preferred, such as PMP / Scrum Master certification At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
