We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Responsibilities: Support services under the function responsible for strategic, transformation-oriented leadership of corporate business planning and for management of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT (CIO-T) Directorate financial resources, software assets, enterprise contracts, governance, policy, and community outreach, to include congressional interaction program and manpower oversight Assess and convey the Agency-Level cybersecurity risk, as related to the overall NGA mission goals and objectives, by establishing policies and procedures to govern cybersecurity and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives, integrate cybersecurity solutions, and facilitate review and approval of all NGA cross-domain services Support operation, maintenance, and protection of NGA's Global Information Technology Enterprise, 24x7 availability, access and integrity of data, and services to support production and consumption of GEOINT Conduct operations and activities within the Enterprise Operations Center (ESC) and across the Intelligence Community to sustain and protect NGA's IT baseline, assess IT performance, and align IT services with customer mission needs Provide oversight of program deliverables to ensure a successful delivery Create and maintain information technology project plans that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation Support the development of internal and external briefings inclusive of program execution reviews, and executive meetings Provide a summary of all project milestones and their anticipated completion dates; data on cumulative funding and expenditure rates and status Participate in customer meetings, effectively communicating program status and request clarification on issues when needed Coordinate the compilation of program documentation inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, management plans, and directives Actively engage with functional support teams to ensure customer requirements are met Ability to effectively communicate and manage staff work allocations and assignment progress to meet deadlines Other duties as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher desired in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management) 15+ years project/program management experience, managing technology programs and projects of similar scope and complexity Experience managing technology projects in an Agile environment Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and improve documentation to support operations and technical teams Experience performing internal process audits; monitor/track corrective actions; monitor process implementation; perform process checks on internal procedures; review contract deliverables Active PMP certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succinctly communicate ideas Active Security clearance IPTA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
