Responsibilities
Support services under the function responsible for strategic, transformation-oriented leadership of corporate business planning and for management of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT (CIO-T) Directorate financial resources, software assets, enterprise contracts, governance, policy, and community outreach, including congressional interaction and manpower oversight.
Assess and convey the Agency-Level cybersecurity risk, related to the NGA mission, by establishing policies and procedures to govern cybersecurity, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate review of cross-domain services.
Support operation, maintenance, and protection of NGA's Global Information Technology Enterprise, ensuring 24x7 availability, data integrity, and service support for GEOINT production and consumption.
Conduct operations within the Enterprise Operations Center (ESC) and across the Intelligence Community to sustain and protect NGA's IT baseline, assess IT performance, and align services with customer needs.
Provide oversight of program deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
Create and maintain project plans, communicate tasks, milestones, status, and resources.
Support development of briefings for program reviews and executive meetings.
Summarize project milestones, funding, and expenditure data.
Participate in customer meetings, communicate program status, and clarify issues.
Coordinate program documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and directives.
Engage with support teams to meet customer requirements.
Manage staff work allocations and assignments to meet deadlines.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business, Management).
15+ years project/program management experience with similar scope and complexity.
Experience managing technology projects in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical skills for documentation and process improvement.
Experience with internal process audits, corrective actions, and contract review.
Active PMP certification.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Active Security clearance.
