We're hiring dependable and detail-oriented Print Production Associates to support a busy manufacturing facility in Rochester. Ideal for recent grads ready to build experience! In this role, you'll perform a variety of tasks including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production operations with tasks such as collation, labeling, binning, and verifying
  • Assist with quality control and preparing orders for shipment
  • Communicate delays or issues to leads or supervisors
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Meet daily production goals and timelines
  • Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Able to sit, stand, walk frequently, and bend occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
