Are you looking to grow and scale a product in a $24 Billion market? We are building multiple product offerings to democratize conversational AI for everyone through an end-to-end and unified no-code conversation designer. We are seeking a leader to accelerate our product’s growth with customers and partners. As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will synthesize feedback from prospective customers, existing customers, and partners to identify and resolve product and knowledge gaps in our current offering. You will act as voice of customer and influence product direction to grow adoption, usage and customer satisfaction. \#ConversationalAI #PowerVirtualAgents #GrowthTeam **Responsibilities** + Delves into customer and partner conversations to discover unmet needs and starts to innovate processes to accelerate customer and partner adoption and use of the product efficiently. + Reviews and independently conducts industry research and proactively ensures alignment across multiple team resources to address potential varied and dynamic complexities with customer issues/solutions within scope and drive customer and partner acceleration in conjunction with product outcomes. + Captures comprehensive and complex product insights based on customer needs and requirements to further develop the product, synthesizing insights across some customers. + Uses telemetry data and identifies large and impactful trends to proactively present and develop solutions to customers before the issue is brought up, leveraging customer engineers to resolve the solution. + Presents solution stories at external events to establish Microsoft as an industry leader, providing scenario and/or strategy examples based on industry and customer goals. + Proactively assesses customer satisfaction and synthesizes product acceleration feedback to aid in future customer deployment. **Qualifications** **Required** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field + 6+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. **Preferred** + Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 15+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience.
