About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and General Manager for its US Vehicle Payments business. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team, with a primary focus on the overall vision and success of the business. This pivotal role involves full P&L responsibility, setting and meeting growth targets, and driving both volume and retention. The President and GM will be expected to work in a matrixed environment, with direct oversight of product, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth, and indirect responsibility for sales and service. Key responsibilities include creating a clear product vision, conducting market and user research, identifying and prioritizing product features, and developing a product roadmap. The role also requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Applicants for the President and GM position should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a GM, with a strong preference for those with 10+ years in a strategy or other business leadership role, is required. Additionally, candidates should have at least 5 years' experience within fuel networks, fuel card industry, and open/closed loop exposure. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and driving strategic growth, including the generation and execution of ideas for both organic and inorganic growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at performance monitoring, and UI development, and will have a strong background in market research and analysis to inform product strategy.
