President and General Manager US Vehicle Payments Buckhead, Atlanta, GA, USA Req #11604 Wednesday, June 4, 2025 What We Need We are seeking an accomplished President & GM to be part of the Senior Leadership team in our US Vehicle Payments business. In this role, you will report directly to the Group President of Vehicle Payments. How We Work As the President & GM of US Vehicle Payments, you will be expected to work in our Atlanta office. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned Workspace in our Buckhead office Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The President & GM has overall responsibility for the vision and success of the business, including full P&L responsibility, setting and meeting growth targets, and increasing volume and retention. This role involves working in a matrixed environment with direct responsibility for product, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth, as well as indirect responsibility for sales and service. Product: Create a clear vision for the product, including long-term goals and target market. Vision: Develop a long-term vision aligned with product goals. Market & User Research: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback; conduct user research to identify pain points and improve the product. Features: Identify, prioritize, and develop product features based on customer needs and business objectives. Roadmap: Outline key milestones and development phases. Performance Monitoring: Track metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. UI: Collaborate with IT to build and enhance the product UI for both mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring ease of use. Network: Optimize network utilization and explore monetization ideas. Pricing: Develop segmented pricing strategies to maximize revenue and retention. Budgeting & Forecasting: P&L: Responsible for full P&L, including developing revenue streams and cost efficiencies. Forecast: Accurately predict revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Strategic Growth: Drive organic and inorganic growth through new sales, partnerships, and cross-selling initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years’ experience as a GM strongly preferred; 10+ years in strategy or business leadership roles. At least 5 years' experience within fuel networks, fuel card industry, and open/closed loop exposure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
