Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LPCMH) to join our growing team. This position is clinic-based but offers exciting opportunities to:
Develop, plan, and lead specialized group programs.
Participate in and organize community outreach events and initiatives.

Our team is dedicated to supporting your professional growth and will provide training, mentorship, and resources to help you develop expertise in these specialized areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns in pediatric clients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific goals and needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, and other emotional concerns.
Develop and facilitate specialized group therapy programs for children, teens, and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
Provide family counseling, coaching, and education to empower caregivers and improve family dynamics.
Participate in and contribute to community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and provide support to families in need.
Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in pediatric mental health care.
Mentor and support fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
For Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW):
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an LCSW in Delaware.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
For Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCMH) or Equivalent:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Current Delaware state licensure as an LPCMH, LPC, or equivalent.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Additional Skills for All Roles:
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
