Pride Health is hiring a
Patient Service Center- Greeter
to support our client’s medical facility, based in
Rockville Centre, NY 11570 This is a 4+ months contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

M-F 6:30-1:30pm Sat 7-11:30am (40hrs/week) Pay Range:
$16.50 - $20 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist customers/patients in a professional and courteous manner Support kiosk check-in and ensure accurate data entry Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and patient order verification Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, faxing, mailing, data entry) Follow company policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance Maintain supplies and complete required training Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience required Basic computer and data entry skills preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime Comfortable using an iPad
Education & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
