Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $21.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $22.25 | Year 3 - $23.00 | Year 4 - $23.00 | Year 5 - $24.00 Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following essential tasks, which can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation: Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores. Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines to maintain optimal organization. Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse. Participate in inventory counts as per established guidelines. Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance communication and teamwork. Provide valuable input to management for process improvements. Inspect products for quality and consult management regarding safety and sanitation issues. Act independently within the assigned responsibilities to facilitate efficient operations. Assist management in reaching budgeted goals along with fulfilling all assigned tasks accurately and within company policies. Adhere to ergonomics and safety protocols while performing essential job functions. Report any quality, safety, or sanitation concerns to management. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Engage in a variety of physical activities, including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and walking. Work in varying temperatures, including those found in outdoor and refrigerated areas. Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
