What You Will Do: Immerse yourself in the Duluth brand and gain extensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Personalize every customer interaction, from greeting to fitting room, to checkout. Communicate promotions and sales effectively. Capture customer emails to strengthen our customer service and sales. Address customer concerns proactively and provide positive solutions. Answer calls with a friendly and informative tone, assisting customers as needed. Support merchandise receiving, processing, and replenishment. Maintain our merchandising, display, and cleanliness standards, ensuring the retail environment is welcoming. Process register transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices diligently. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management. What We Are Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not required. A strong customer focus with a commitment to excellence. Pride in your work and ownership of store responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness in all actions. Excellent communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting. Repetitive hand and arm motions are required. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and bend as necessary. Work environments include temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stock room areas. Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout your shift.
