We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal team members to join our Nordic Ware factory store from now through January! If you have a passion for kitchenware and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of our dynamic team during the busy holiday season. Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking products, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling available. What you will get to do:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the store's dress code and customer service standards
What you'll bring to the role:
Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
Excellent attendance and timeliness are required
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
Experience in cooking and baking is preferred
A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions
