A Part-Time Retail Sales Representative is a vital part of a dynamic team, empowered and equipped to excel in their role. The anticipated pay for this position is $15.50 per hour, depending on knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families can participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability options. Eligible associates have the opportunity to enroll in our company's 401k plan and can earn up to 152 hours of paid time off annually (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time is available up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise mandated by law. We offer respectful schedules during operational hours of 6 am - 10 pm. Handle various sales transactions efficiently. Encourage customers to engage in company programs. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Who You Are: Must be at least 18 years old. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, with adherence to the attendance policy. Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist, including safely using ladders. Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds while standing/moving for the duration of shifts.
