In this role, you will exceed customer expectations and provide a WOW! Customer Service experience. You will assist customers while ensuring that daily tasks are completed in line with AutoZone's standards. Position Responsibilities Deliver a WOW! Customer Service experience Complete assigned store tasks efficiently during your shift Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling protocols Follow company policies and loss prevention measures Ensure a safe working environment, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as directed Restock and organize merchandise in designated areas Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating products or alternatives Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions Practice GOTTChA and help with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs Use OBDII tools to read automotive codes Diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to management Engage in ongoing development of customer service skills Provide honest and reliable product advice based on customer needs Position Requirements Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent Basic automotive parts knowledge is essential Strong communication and decision-making abilities Capable of lifting, loading, and delivering merchandise Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekends Benefits at AutoZone AutoZone values its team members, offering a comprehensive benefits package aimed at improving physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
