Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store. Stock shelves and neatly arrange merchandise displays. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively. Give feedback to management on products, inventory losses, and scanning errors. Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses. Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness. Follow merchandising plans to create visually appealing displays. Organize new inventory and manage packaging waste. Operate machinery while strictly following safety procedures. Store Associate Responsibilities: Assist with curbside shopping orders and take on cashier and stocker duties. Physical Demands: Requires regular movement such as standing, bending, and lifting. Store Associates and Stockers must be able to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights throughout the store. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service. Perform cleaning duties to meet company standards. Understand and apply company policies and procedures effectively. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Sound time management skills. Familiarity with company products and services. Additional Requirements: Ability to efficiently operate a cash register. Comply with local laws for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Safely operate equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Stockers must have morning availability and may start as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous retail experience or a combination of education and related experience.
