Step into a leadership role when needed, ensuring the sales floor runs smoothly. Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures as required. Process sales transactions at the register while using your fan knowledge to encourage additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and contribute to the store's sales goals and performance indicators. Assist in merchandising by helping with store layout and planogram updates. Share insights about current fashion and music trends with the management team. Collaborate with the management team to maintain security and safeguard store assets. Help keep the stockroom organized and ensure the store remains tidy. Support the development of a passionate and collaborative team to drive store success. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills, with a commitment to team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise using approved equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
