In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our store by providing excellent customer service and guiding our sales team. Open and close the store efficiently. Engage with customers to provide exceptional sales and service. Direct and support sales and cashier associates to enhance their performance. Train and mentor newly hired team members to ensure they meet our standards. Ensure merchandising is attractive and compliant with company policies.
