What We're Looking For We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who want to make a difference. Key attributes of ideal candidates include: Willingness to see 15-21 sessions weekly
Experience as behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children
Preference for autonomy while being part of a supportive team
Interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character with a commitment to integrity and quality care
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation: Earn up to $66,500 based on your licensure, session volume, and potential bonus opportunities.
