What We're Looking For We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who are passionate about making a difference and growing with our mission. In particular, we are interested in individuals who: Are willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week Have a generalist background in behavioral health (open to working with couples and children, with our support) Value autonomy while also appreciating teamwork Have an interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Demonstrate strong character with integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland Must reside in and be licensed to practice in the state where services are offered Compensation: Up to $58,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
