Help in recruiting, developing, and maintaining a passionate team. Promote new products and customer engagement efforts through social media and in-store promotions. Ensure operational excellence in the business by balancing daily operations with customer-focused selling practices. Monitor and manage loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules to maintain store efficiency. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ teams to share trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and use data to inform strategies for achieving sales targets. Merchandise the store creatively while following planograms and timely launching promotions. Work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performing and customer-centric team. What You'll Need: 1-2 years of experience in retail management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and drive team success. Strong operational skills, including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise, including lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
