We are excited to find a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Store Manager Level 2 to help us lead our vibrant store. You will work alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, support recruitment efforts, and foster team development. Be the ultimate fan of the store by building lasting relationships with customers and driving sales. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist your Store Manager in reaching sales goals and achieving the sales plan because driving results matters. Help recruit, develop, and maintain a collaborative, passionate team to enhance the store experience. Be the store’s biggest advocate, generating excitement and engaging customers through product promotions and social media outreach, while promoting services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide strong leadership to ensure efficient operations, balancing tasks, and maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and team schedules. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners, sharing customer insights and trends. Analyze sales reports and utilize data to inform strategies for hitting targets. Merchandise the store attractively, implementing planograms and launching promotions timely. Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop a high-performing, customer-focused team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1-2 years of retail store management experience. If you love music and pop culture, this is the place for you! An exceptional ability in time management, professionalism, and operational oversight, along with a passion for cultivating talent. A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment with enthusiasm. The ability to perform standard retail functions, such as navigating the store, merchandising products, and handling merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
