Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents and data. Process customer purchases and ensure a clean shopping environment while stocking shelves. Provide exceptional service and assist customers with their shopping needs. Monitor inventory, take part in inventory counts, and provide feedback on products and issues. Cashier Specific Duties: Efficiently operate cash registers while adhering to cash policies to minimize losses. Assist customers with their purchases and ensure shelves and displays are stocked neatly. Stocker Specific Duties: Properly stock and rotate products to guarantee freshness for customers. Follow merchandising plans to create appealing product displays. Remove empty boxes and organize inventory in a safe and efficient manner. Operate machinery following all safety protocols. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, lift, and walk about the store regularly. Ability to stock items weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Provide excellent customer service and maintain company cleanliness standards. Understand and apply company policies effectively. Communicate clearly and work well in both team and independent settings. Effective time management skills are a plus. Knowledge of the products and services offered by our company is beneficial. Prior retail experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
