Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance communication and store operations. Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and transactions. Other duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases with efficiency and accuracy. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assistance. Report feedback to management regarding inventory and operational issues. Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels. Adhere to cash policy protocols to minimize discrepancies. Stocker Responsibilities: Efficiently stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness. Create visually appealing merchandise displays following guidelines. Organize incoming inventory and manage waste from packaging. Operate store machinery safely in accordance with all procedures. Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the store. Ability to stock products, including handling items weighing up to 45 pounds. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills. Capable of performing regular cleaning duties to meet company standards. Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively. Strong verbal communication skills necessary for teamwork. Effective time management abilities. Familiarity with products and services offered by the company. Cashier: Must operate the cash register accurately and comply with regulations for selling alcohol. Stocker: Must be available for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m., with the ability to operate equipment safely. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous. A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
