Participate in store inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy. Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: As a Stock Associate, your role will include: Stocking shelves and rotating products to ensure freshness. Creating visually appealing merchandise displays according to guidelines. Organizing new inventory and properly disposing of packaging materials. Operating equipment safely while adhering to safety procedures. Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk. Stocking requires lifting products up to 45 pounds and placing them on shelves. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent with customer service. Ability to maintain cleanliness to company standards. Ability to follow company policies accurately. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective time management skills. Familiarity with ALDI products and services is a plus. Additional Requirements: Cashiers must be skilled at operating registers and complying with local laws regarding alcohol sales. Stock Associates should be available for morning shifts, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
