Cashier Responsibilities Deliver a fast and efficient check-out experience, accurately processing purchases using the cash register and scanner. Engage customers warmly, greeting them with a smile and creating a positive interaction throughout the transaction. Be outgoing and friendly; a love for customer interaction is essential. Process various payment methods, including cash, checks, gift cards, and credit/debit cards. Promote offers for the Extended Protection Policy on qualifying items. Maintain an organized front end area and sales floor, adhering to brand standards. Actively promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities Provide an efficient check-out experience by operating the cash register and scanner to finalize customer purchases. Handle customer exchanges, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care. Assist cashiers during transactions, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot cash register issues. Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Process various payment methods seamlessly and accurately. Promote offers for the Extended Protection Policy on qualifying items. Communicate effectively with management regarding out-of-stock items at checkout stations. Stay informed about store offerings to assist customers with inquiries. Efficiently restock items and maintain the presentation of assigned areas. Deliver outstanding customer experiences, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. Actively promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives. Job Requirements and Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and simple math is required.
