As a Customer Service Team Member, you will: Contribute to a smooth check-out process, assisting with transactions and bagging merchandise. Effectively manage customer exchanges, returns, and complaints. Serve as a valuable resource to cashiers by helping resolve transaction discrepancies. Maintain a friendly demeanor, ensuring every customer interaction is enjoyable. Process monetary transactions accurately and efficiently. Offer the Extended Protection Policy for applicable items. Communicate effectively with store management regarding stock issues encountered at the check-out. Stay knowledgeable about store offerings to assist customers with their inquiries. Restock items diligently and maintain the presentation of the assigned areas. Provide an outstanding shopping experience to all customers. Positively promote the Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and additional company offerings. Job Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic cash handling knowledge and simple math skills are required.
