Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers and provide expert automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear and professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to foster a motivated and productive work environment, supporting and guiding team members in daily tasks. Sales & Performance: Recommend products, services, and promotions to enrich the customer experience and contribute to sales goals. Inventory Management: Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and ensure proper procedures for point of sale and loss prevention. Safety Compliance: Follow safety policies and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers. Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to analyze vehicle issues and recommend effective solutions. What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
