Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside managers and teammates to create a motivated workplace. Support your colleagues and demonstrate leadership in your daily tasks. Drive Sales: Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to store sales goals. Manage Inventory: Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, and ensure financial management by following point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies. Ensure Safety: Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to uphold a secure working environment. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Provide Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend appropriate solutions. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of automotive parts. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail.
