WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an engaging and memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, utilizing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Assist the store leadership as needed by actively covering the sales floor and facilitating daily operations. Manage opening and closing responsibilities for the store while maintaining operational efficiency. Operate the register, process transactions, and leverage your fandom expertise to encourage add-on sales and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Communicate any discrepancies to the Store Manager. Stay informed about the store's sales plans, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Help update planograms, ensuring effective store layout and merchandising strategies. Share insights on current fashion and music trends with management to stay ahead of the market. Collaborate with Store Management to implement theft prevention strategies and maintain store security. Assist with stockroom organization and uphold store cleanliness to create a welcoming environment. Play a key role in building a passionate and effective team culture within the store. Take on any additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience; a strong passion for music and pop culture is a definite plus! Excellent communication, time management, and professionalism, along with a strong desire to mentor and inspire others. A high school diploma or GED. The ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, and utilize store equipment effectively.
