We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager who will help us lead our vibrant, pop culture-centered brand. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to driving sales, recruiting, and team development. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist your Store Manager in reaching the sales targets and comp sales goals. Achieving success is a team effort! Help recruit, develop, and maintain a collaborative and passionate team that will help run the store. Actively engage with customers by creating excitement around new product launches and utilizing social media platforms. Provide effective leadership to ensure operational efficiency, balancing delegation with a customer-first mentality. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and staff schedules to maintain a healthy business environment. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners to share trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and data to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Merchandise the store attractively, following planograms, while ensuring timely launch of all promotions. In partnership with your Store Manager, nurture a high-performing, customer-focused team of associates. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1-2 years of retail store management experience. A passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Experience in leading teams to success and a desire for growth. Strong skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) are essential. Exceptional skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and team development. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; additional educational qualifications are advantageous. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical capabilities to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation for this position ranges from $18.50 to $21.25 per hour. Please note that the pay range is determined based on several factors, including education, location, job requirements, training, and experience.
