Support the store leadership team in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and assisting with daily operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through your product expertise and stellar service. Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, stepping onto the sales floor to support your team as needed. Open and close the store when required, taking charge of keys and securing the store. Process transactions at the register and use your fandom knowledge to enhance sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup, while ensuring accurate register closing procedures. Understand and align with store sales objectives, key performance indicators, and goals. Help with product placement and merchandising through effective planogram setups and store layouts. Act as a conduit for fashion and music trends, communicating valuable information to management and headquarters. Collaborate with Store Management to implement theft prevention measures and ensure store security. Maintain orderly stock rooms and a clean, inviting store environment. Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team atmosphere to effectively run the store. Be flexible and perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Passion for music and pop culture is a definite plus! Excellent communication skills, time management abilities, professionalism, and a commitment to mentoring others. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Capability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
