What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and enhance customer engagement. Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining a dynamic and enthusiastic team. Generate excitement for new products through effective social media campaigns and in-store initiatives like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure seamless store operations by balancing customer service, operational tasks, and team responsibilities. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules effectively. Communicate customer feedback and trends to retail leadership and headquarters. Analyze sales reports to strategize and achieve sales objectives. Merchandise the store creatively and execute promotions on time. Develop your team into high-performing associates focused on customer service. What You'll Need: 1-2 years of experience in retail management, especially if you have a love for music and pop culture. Demonstrated success in team leadership, with strong skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED; additional degrees are a plus. Ability to adapt swiftly to the fast-paced retail environment. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
