Their project portfolio spans across cannabis retail, healthcare, government, mission critical, mixed-use, commercial interiors, industrial/manufacturing, sports and entertainment , and more.

Job Description Lead all phases of a turnkey cannabis retail renovation: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, construction oversight, and closeout. Serve as primary client interface and advocate-ensuring clear communication, proactive risk management, and solutions that deliver real value. Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain timeline, quality, and budget. Conduct regular site visits (1-2×/month) and drive field coordination. Implement and optimize project controls in Ingenious Build (you'll receive training if needed). Mentor junior staff (APMs) and foster a collaborative, growthoriented environment. The Successful Applicant 3-7 years of handson project management experience in retail, cannabis retail, renovation, or related sectors. Demonstrated success on midsized GC or owner'srep projects (>$5 M). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Ingenious Build, Procore, or other PM software is advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
