Owner Representative PM Retail

Founded in 2015, this Tysons-based firm was built on the belief that owners deserve more than just project oversight-they deserve a true partner. The leadership team brings a unique blend of experience as owners, operators, developers, and tenants, which allows them to deliver practical, solution-oriented project management with a deep understanding of all stakeholder perspectives. With a growing team of 6 (and plans to expand to 10-15 employees), they operate with the agility and personal connection of a startup, but with the expertise and track record of a seasoned firm. Their project portfolio spans across cannabis retail, healthcare, government, mission critical, mixed-use, commercial interiors, industrial/manufacturing, sports and entertainment, and more.

Job Description

Lead all phases of a turnkey cannabis retail renovation: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, construction oversight, and close-out. Serve as primary client interface and advocate-ensuring clear communication, proactive risk management, and solutions that deliver real value. Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain timeline, quality, and budget. Conduct regular site visits (1-2/month) and drive field coordination. Implement and optimize project controls in Ingenious Build (you'll receive training if needed). Mentor junior staff (APMs) and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
