Operations Manager - Retail Environments As a member of the retail experience team, you will be an integral partner on key initiatives in North America. This role will serve as a n Operations Manager, supporting priority retail environments initiatives, team operations & process development, and our marketing place door tiering program. Your role is to ensure the success of assigned projects through operational excellence, inclusive of managing deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Empowered to drive change based on project needs to ensure projects stay on objective and timeline. Key Responsibilities: Project planning & management support o f priority initiatives being led by the Retail Environments T eam. Partner in managing the Marketplace Tiering Framework program. Including door-level data, program evolution, and reportin g Support building the retail environment investment strategy, roadmap, and marketplace analysis Support sales and impact measurement from priority brand environment investments Support the development & documentation of project briefs Creat e and maintain project timelines and all cross-functional team deliverables Sched ul e , moderat e , and recap assigned project & team meetings Provid e weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly project status reports Maintaining the retail environments database which includes store locations, fixture type & qty, etc. Manag e the project folder structures and content Support in the development of presentation content and documentation Facilitate the development and documentation of our team's operating procedures Ensure alignment and management of deliverables for our seasonal go-to-market milestones Support in planning for team meeting s , team building activities, and development plans Knowledge, Skills + Experience +5 years of project management or team operations experience managing complex programs with numerous deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders Preferred experience incorporates retail market in store development Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; ability to prioritize and drive focus in complex projects Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, inclusive of deck building, design, and executive storytelling Experience in cross-functional partner relationship management Strong data organization and reporting ability Strong collaborative mindset and proactive attitude #LI-AF1 Your application will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting Team and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit for the position.
