Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting with data entry. Key Responsibilities Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff members
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls, emails, and mail
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
Ensure that the office environment is organized and welcoming for staff and visitors
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
