We are currently looking for an office assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents Assist with mail distribution and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets) Refill office supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks are low Run local errands, if needed Support staff with light administrative tasks assigned Requirements: Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous office experience is a plus, but not required Good communication skills and a positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) Physical Demands:
