Your Role at Alteas Health:

As part of our innovative clinical team, you will:

Provide hands-on patient care, diagnosing and treating acute conditions.
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
Educate patients and families on managing chronic and acute illnesses.
Maintain detailed health records to track patient progress.

What You’ll Need to Join Us:

Current and valid NP license in Illinois
6+ months of prior NP experience
Reliable, insured transportation

This exciting opportunity has a base salary of $120,000 to $145,000 annually, in addition up to a $5,000 sign on bonus and an estimated $6,000 - $10,000 annually in compliance and productivity incentives!
