We are currently seeking a Retail Store Specialist to lead our location in New Castle, DE! This full-time, benefited position offers you an opportunity to gain retail management experience and even provides commission on certain items! Please note - we do not have our stores open at night! The store hours will be: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday 10am - 2pm

To be successful in the position as Retail Store Specialist, qualified applicants should demonstrate an ability to: Wow customers with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable customer service when assisting customers with the selection of their choice of safety shoes Learn various product lines and provide the benefits associated with each line to prospective customers. Ensure the store is clean, the showroom display fully stocked, and marketing material is up to date with displays. Merchandise incoming products. Process sales, and look up customer sales information including sales history, sales rules, etc. Generate new business in the local retail area through phone calls and marketing directed at consumer needs in the area. Support the expansion of store sales. Cross-train in other administrative office duties, such as preparing communications, ordering supplies, receiving mail, etc. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: At least 6 months' experience in retail sales leadership - keyholder preferred Must possess excellent customer service skills Ability to learn and utilize company operating system (Navision) Demonstrated experience handling credit and cash transactions Ability to work Saturday Desire to grow sales and do outreach in community
