About the Role
As a Multi-Unit Retail Store Manager , you will lead and oversee three stores, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operations.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all locations
Provide coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback to maximize sales potential
Build an inclusive, collaborative team culture that inspires results
Customer Experience Deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience for every customer
Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across stores
Implement selling strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty
Operational Excellence Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and expense control
Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and sales
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
Handle store opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments

Requirements
Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-store or district management a plus)
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing teams
Business acumen with experience in P&L management and retail metrics
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid Driver's License with ability to travel locally between stores
Comfortable leading in an adult retail environment while fostering an inclusive and respectful experience for all customers
Availability
This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key retail events.

Salary Description
$60,000-$65,000 plus commission and bonus program
