Job Responsibilities: • Assist Marketing Leads with driving marketing activations and consumer-facing events with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company's ecosystem (i.e. TV, Podcasts, retail) and external partners to execute cross-merchandising opportunities. • Own project timelines, calendars, approvals, run of shows, task management and onsite event logistics to ensure cross-functional accountability. • Develop a process of continuous improvement where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans. • Support Marketing Leads with post-campaign debriefs and wrap-up documents to capture insights and optimize future activations. • Coordinate integration of event content work streams into event planning process partnering with public relations, retail, earned media, and product marketing teams. • Apply a performance marketing lens when collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to bring together all aspects of the user’s lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications: • 5 years experience managing large scale marketing programs for global brands. • Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of an organization. • Shown ability to manage events from conception to execution and promotion. • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail. • A strong understanding and passion for partner marketing and both traditional and digital media. • Must be willing to travel domestically, 4-6 times per year. • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications: • 7 years consumer marketing experience with MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • Experience developing and implementing impactful marketing initiatives in direct to consumer channels. • Thorough understanding of integrating product, business, marketing, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution. • Experience and passion working across a variety of verticals, i.e. TV, podcasts, influencer marketing. • Excellent presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning. • Ability to balance large workloads in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects. • Experience partnering with Analytics teams on campaign insights, as well as self-pulling reports from dashboards. • Highly organized, efficient and resourceful. Type: Contract Duration: 12 months (with a possibility for extension) Work Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid) Pay rate: $56.00 - $71.00 (DOE)
