Position Summary: As a crucial member of our retail team, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our members while providing exceptional service and maintaining an organized sales floor. What You'll Do: Ensure the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety checks, and reporting any unsafe conditions to management. Deliver outstanding member service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and addressing any issues or concerns. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring all items are properly signed and priced. Oversee the Liquor area, managing claims and returns, zoning, and identifying shrink and damages to uphold company policies. Operate cash registers, assisting members with purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges using the appropriate procedures. Reduce shrink by properly managing cash register supplies and inventory, following company policies to identify concealed merchandise. Comply with all company and legal regulations related to liquor sales, including securing merchandise and verifying member identification.
