Job Purpose: As a Retail Liquor Sales Associate, you will enhance customer confidence and loyalty through excellent service, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: Compliance (50% of time): Verify customers' age by checking identification, ensure responsible service to prevent over-serving, and maintain store safety. Customer Excellence (25% of time): Provide attentive service to meet customers' needs, greet and assist customers warmly, and offer product recommendations. Operational Excellence (25% of time): Stock and rotate products, maintain a clean work area, and operate cash register efficiently. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. TIPS Training required prior to start date. High School / GED or equivalent preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary for online training. Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting, and working in varying conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle various loads safely. Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to elements; a focus on safety and equipment maintenance is essential. Required Certifications & Training: Various certifications, including Alcohol Compliance Training, Cashier Training, and additional training related to inventory and service.
