This role offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for those committing to 25+ hours of availability per week. Your Impact We are looking for independently licensed clinicians ready to make a meaningful contribution and grow professionally. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities: Willingness to conduct 25+ sessions per week

Experience as a behavioral health generalist (comfortable working with couples and children, with our support)

A passion for balancing personal autonomy with collaborative teamwork

Interest in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities

Strong character traits such as integrity, openness, and dedication to quality care

Qualifications: Licensed as LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland

Must reside and hold an active license in the state where services are provided
