What We're Looking For Licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania eager to make a difference and grow with us. Providers who are available to see 15-21 clients weekly. Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children—with our support. Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing teamwork. Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities. Individuals with strong character traits; integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania. Candidates must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation: Up to $54,100, depending on licensure, session volume, and bonuses. What We Provide As a W2 employee, we strive to take care of administrative burdens so you can focus on your clients. You will receive: Consistent bi-weekly pay—no reimbursement delays. Paid orientation and opportunities for annual pay increases. Paid time off and flexible scheduling options (7am-10pm, 7 days a week). No-show protection and assistance in building your caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Full support with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. CEU reimbursement along with free in-house training. Opportunities for paid supervisory roles for residents.
