Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Handle policy changes, billing questions, and coverage updates
  • Assist the sales team with retention efforts and client follow-ups
  • Build lasting client relationships through effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and organized client documentation
Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Active Life & Health license (required or ability to obtain)
  • Prior insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
