Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Additionally, this role offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who have 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We're Looking For We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in New Jersey who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. Our ideal candidates are: Providers willing to see 25+ sessions weekly

Generalists in behavioral health open to working with couples and children, with our support

Clinicians who value autonomy while enjoying teamwork

Individuals with strong character, integrity, openness, and a dedication to quality care

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW in New Jersey. Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are delivered.

Compensation: Up to $112,200, determined by licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
