What We're Excited About We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania eager to create meaningful impact and grow with us. We're particularly interested in:
Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions weekly
Behavioral health generalists (able to see couples/children, with our support)
Clinicians who value both autonomy and teamwork
Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong values—integrity, openness, and a dedication to quality care
Qualifications: Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in Pennsylvania
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are offered
Compensation Package: Potential earnings up to $100,300 based on licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Regular, bi-weekly pay (eliminating concerns over reimbursement)
